Just a couple of things here because honestly Salina, to me it feels like I am still processing, downloading, uploading, whatever it is or can't be named, its happening. When we were on the telephone, not sure if you recall this or not but you excused yourself because of needing to cough. Remember? Well simultaneously, my spine shifted in the mid-back area. I didn't say anything at the time. In fact there were times on Saturday that it seemed to be that I couldn't say a word. Much was happening and often there was a knowing about allowing shifts to happen without dialogue, naming the experience if you will. The best way of summing this up would be to say "I feel different". :) I know that sounds so simplistic but honestly, I do feel different but cannot seem to articulate how or in what ways.
