I have been meaning to thank you for the most recent teleseminar. You gave me exactly what I needed! I came with two issues that were both getting my attention. One is worry about the future and money. My husband and I are buying a condo and selling my house. It will be a great move for us and I'm really excited. The worry is about all the work that needs to be done on the old house to get it ready to put on the market: both getting the work done and the expense.
The other issue is about a former manager at work who seems to be angry with me, though I'm not sure what I did (or failed to do) that set her off.
At one point during the session you said that when someone is irritating you, that is the answer that you have been looking for. I realized that my two issues were actually the same. Instead of apologizing to this woman for what I might have done to annoy her, I realized that *I* was the one who really wanted to hear the apology. I was worried about her reactions because I was having trouble forgiving myself for perceived past mistakes. So I wrote a letter to myself apologizing for any pain I might have caused myself.
Boom! That was what I needed! All the worry and the guilt were gone in an instant. It was amazing and beautiful.
I also loved the game with two lights inside my body. I played this game with the person who's been pushing my buttons. The two lights came together in my heart space, then they expanded into a column of light in my whole body. Then the light kept expanding and just kept getting bigger and bigger. I felt so safe and peaceful in that space. That is a great game and I can play it anytime.
That session was exactly what I needed right then. My thinking has changed so much since then that it's hard to remember why I was so worried. Thank you so much!

Just a couple of things here because honestly Salina, to me it feels like I am still processing, downloading, uploading, whatever it is or can't be named, its happening. When we were on the telephone, not sure if you recall this or not but you excused yourself because of needing to cough. Remember? Well simultaneously, my spine shifted in the mid-back area. I didn't say anything at the time. In fact there were times on Saturday that it seemed to be that I couldn't say a word. "I participated, for the first time, in one of Salina’s monthly teleseminars. I was tired and sore and my back was screaming at me.We had just returned to our home in Ohio after a 7-month absence.The house was dirty, my children and grandchildren were coming for a visit and the garden needed prepared and planted.So our plate was full that first week in June.Plus, I had taken up bicycling and had bicycled 22 miles the day prior to Salina’s teleseminar. I stayed on the phone with the other group members and participated in the “play,” as Salina likes to call it.I had fun and it was a wonderful departure from Spring house cleaning and gardening.When the phone seminar was finished, and I stood up and walked a few steps, I realized that ALL my aches and pains were gone.Even my back, those 3 herniated discs that scream at me when I strain myself or lift something heavy without support, even my back had absolutely NO pain, NO strain, NO evidence of my having abused it for the past two weeks.The soreness in my muscles, in my thighs and in my rear end from bicycling; COMPLETELY GONE. I almost couldn’t believe it.And I didn’t feel that I DID anything or that Salina DID anything.We spent the better part of the hour playing in the Matrix.I called Salina immediately and told her about results that I hadn’t even expected and told her I would sign up for her next teleseminar.I can only imagine the results the rest of her clients receive from the work she does." "I participated in my second teleseminar that Salina did in July 2010. Salina directed us to think about something we wanted.My thought was that I wanted more clarity as to some new direction that I felt was forthcoming, although I really wasn’t clear on what that direction was or might be.Then Salina told us to think about what we wanted in detail.The first image that I had for myself was just me telling my stories.***Note:Last year I was “guided” to tell some of my stories and experiences I’ve had in my life that are of a mystical and unexplained nature. So, I did this.I uploaded 50 of my stories to YouTube.And really, all I want is to be able to tell these stories to inspire people.So I imagined this as the thing I wanted very clearly, the thing that I could do to make a living so I could retire from the hotel/restaurant business.I am almost 59 and my husband is 66, so we’re thinking about doing something different in our lives right now. Salina moved on with playful and innovative exercises so that we could practice with our intentions (the things we wanted), detach from them through play, and then to observe what was new or different that showed up for us and in the meantime, to realize that the very thing we want is indeed happening, perhaps in some other reality, but nonetheless happening right NOW.***Note:You might really want to do one of Salina’s teleseminars to know, first hand, what I am talking about. Anyway, by the end of the hour, Salina asked us to return to our original intention.And she began wrapping up the seminar.All of a sudden, Salina said, “I want to end this session with Kim telling her dishwasher story, because I think it’s a good example to illustrate what we’ve been doing here today.” Little did Salina know that my intention was simply to tell my stories, and here she is asking me to do the very thing I imagined an hour earlier.I almost fell out of my chair.The very thing I intended only an hour before IMMEDIATELY returned to me in this reality.I had no idea that she was going to ask me to do this and frankly, I was surprised she even remembered my dishwasher story.But there it was. I INSTANTLY received exactly what I wanted. What an incredible experience that confirms to me, yet again, that THIS “STUFF” WORKS!” Thanks a million, Salina. Kim C., Dellroy, Ohio
